Return Policy
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are final on opened products.
You may be eligible for a return only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Opened packs, boxes, ETBs, single cards, and graded cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Opened sealed products (booster packs, boxes, ETBs)

Raw single cards

Graded cards
-
Clearance or sale items

Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
